Pregnant and paranoid!

I'm so tired of worrying about my health and the health of my baby. Everything has gone really well and I don't have any real concerns, but I keep obsessing over every little thing.
I'm petrified of developing a blood clot and I'm constantly checking my legs. I take a yoga class and the day after noticed a sore spot on the front of my lower leg. It's a little sore/tender and I probably wouldn't have even noticed it if I wasn't shaving my legs. I had my monthly check up and even told the doctor about it. He didn't seem concerned, so why am I still freaking out? I try to think positively, but I can't stop thinking that I'm going to over look it and it will turn out bad. I'm not swollen or in any kind of pain whatsoever. Except the anxiety pain that I keep putting on myself. These obsessive thoughts won't stop!
Ahhh...

Hi, Rhonda! I am sorry to hear about the obssessive thinking. I feel very guilty, as my anxiety fears

Thank you Jan!
I'm trying to take it day to day. Yes, my bp has been under control. That's a whole other issue though! The closer I get to my due date it'll probably become my new obsession because I have a history of it increasing at the end of pregnancy.
This board is certainly helpful though.
