I was just wondering if itchy skin is also associated with anxiety? You know like when your nerves get so out of whack that your skin itches? I know.........I have totally loss my mind!!!

I think we should put a big sign on the top of the board, Jennifer! NOONE is allowed to say they are losing their minds. LOL I have thought this many times when a small symptom became an enormous concern for me. It's difficult to cope with any sort of *sensation* or symptom that we aren't accustomed too. Many folks have reported itching, cold & hot flushes, etc. It most certainly can be part of our anxiety.
I can pretty much imagine(we are an *anxious* imaginative bunch) that you have re-started the cymbalta & now think you are having an allergic reaction??? If that's the case, try to keep it in perspective. Itching can be a reaction, but generally it is accompanied by other signs that would interfere with your activity. If you have concerns call your dr. or pharmacist for reassurance. If you feel much worse than that, you should been seen in the ER right away.
Try to focus on positive things. Keep busy in order to distract yourself. Good luck! (((hugs))) jan
