I need someones help please. Ok! Years ago I had panic attacks and anxiety. I did not want to take medicine so I seen a shrink, he tought me how to control it. Well everything has been fine for years, however this last March of 06, I woke up with an upset stomach, me and my husband were on our way out. Out of the blue, I got really sick, I though it was sugar, so I got an orange juice, next thing I know, my whole body was shaking really bad, i felt like I was going to pass out. Ended up in emergency room, waited 10 hrs went home. Went to Doctors, said it was a panic attack, i explained to him, i had panic attacks before, it was not like this. It was like almost like a small seizure, but not unconcious. It happened again in Oct 06, just sitting there having a good day, all the sudden, It felt like my body was week, shaking again, could not walk, went to Doctor, gave me a shot of Valium. Got on effxor. Last week woke up from a nap, sat in the chair felt fime all but upset stomach, all the sudden out of the blue my whole body shakes, called 911. Recentley changed doctors, doing on test on me. I feel like I know the difference between panic and this. All three times I woke up with a weird stomach ache. I just put that together and realized i guess thats a sign, however, all three times I was not anxious, upset or anything. I am just wondering if its mini seizures, but everyone says no! What do you think. Please help,

I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling this way!! Even though I have never experienced that kind of panic attack before, I have heard that you can have attack like that.
I acually changed Doctors, they want me to stay on meds until all my test come back. I had the attack way before I started the meds, so I doubt they are causing them. Sometimes there are health issues that cause these, so this new Doctor will not say anxiety until I come back clean with all my test. They are good, and I appreciate that.
Thanks
