Looking for worry...

I was just wondering if any of you do this....
I have anxiety and have had it most of my life. I find myself wading through the worries of the day and once a worry is dealt with, it's almost like I look for something else to worry about. It's like something is "wrong" if I'm NOT worrying about something. I guess it's because my brain is so used to being in the state of worry that it is foreign for it to be in a relaxed, calm state, at least mentally. I dont' go around expecting crises at every turn, but I'm always on edge about stuff in my life. Not EVERYTHING, but alot of things.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this would be appreciated. I'm seeing a psychiatrist and I'm on Lamictal.

Take care!

Hi, Amy! I am the queen of needless worrying. My gramma always told me to stop borrowing trouble;) It seems that for many folks with anxiety, one worry does replace another. Here are 2 really good links that have helped me.
