(((Amy))) Sending lots of P&PT's your way. If it's any consolation, most of the time our fears are never realized. Hope your flight goes well. Tell dad we said, *hi.* jan

That is one thing I am not anxious about: I enjoy an airplane trip, though am not so fond of the small seats, etc. Could that be what is making you anxious? I have never traveled with a child, and I think I would be nervous about that. But I see people all the time with kids and sometimes watching the kids can be fun bc what else is there to do on a flight but look at others? And kids say funny things, too or are just cute.

Maybe you could increase the Zoloft a bit more? Some foods also help anti-ds to work better--turkey is one such food I believe. I guess you know to bring stuff to do with Carson, maybe buy him a special game he has never seen before or a toy---and don't get it out until he gets restless on the flight.

I know lots of people who find flying difficult--one friend of mine breaks out the Xanax for landings, though take offs do not bother her, nor is she upset while in flight. I hope you have a nice trip...peace,lyn
