Of course you're tired! Personally I always felt like it took a full year after child birth before I really felt like my body was my "own" again.
It's good that you're exercising. Have you seen your doctor? Maybe your iron is low or something. I would take an all purpose multivitamin if you aren't already, and make sure you balance out your diet with enough protein, veggies and fruits and whole grains.
(((Yavonne))) LTNS;) I think you sound pretty normal for a mom of 3 with a FT job! I have found that the more I exercise, the more energy I have.
Don't allow yourself to fall into the trap that your house ought to look perfect & your kids should be perfectly disciplined & you should be wearing a dress, heels & pearls when dh gets home from the office. It ain't happenin', gf! Make sure you have some *me* time in your plans & don't place so many demands on yourself that you set up for failure. That can keep you down
i only have one child (16 months) and a part time job, and often I feel incredibly tired, too. It's just part of the package of being a mom sometimes. But I go right to sleep at night, too. I'd never have any sex at all if I hadn't started doin' it during the day. ;) Night time is not always the right time. Try earlier when you have some more energy!
Hey, most times I just don't feel like having sex at all. so I attempt to do it once a week to keep the boyfriend happy. lol. Try waking up before the kids do and give it a go!
