"She told me she has been sniffing lavendar oil and it was relaxing her."
This is great! I find lavendar oil helps me too! They are adding it to shower products, baby wash, lotions, laundry soaps, fabric sheets for in the dryer, candles, air fresheners, etc. I look for it all the time, Gracie. It seems that as soon as I see the actual color of lavendar *on* the product, I have trained myself to relax. (((hugs))) jan
How's it going, Stacey? Your post made me sleepy just reading it. I have had that kind of exhaustion when I was super anxious. Is it normal? No! But it is when you're that anxious! How did the Holter go & your time w/out hubby? Share an update. I do hope you've been able to relax. I read your other reply & I understand about the meds. I have had to wait until I had a weekend off & someone to keep an eye on the kids, so I could start a new med. I was going to start a new thread about my anxiety, but didn't. I am on my 5th day of taking buspar. I didn't want too but waiting to see how I felt in another couple weeks, wasn't going to cut it. I've developed dragging my feet to seek help into an art form. LOL (No reading the side effects because we all know where I'd be if I did. But I am *feeling* all sorts of *sensations.*) Let's hope for the best. We'll power through this rough spell together. We've done it before! GL & GBU! (((hugs))) jan
