yuck!

Is there anyway you can hop into the tub and have the phone nearby? If you have epsom salt add that to your bath. Or if you have sea salt you use for seasoning can help too.

I find 3 things help calm the jitters down.

1. Food - small amount of fast carbs, small amount of slow carb & protein.

2. Hot bath.

3. Sleep.

If you happen to do yoga, maybe turning some on will help.

Or finally, if you don't want to leave your computer try going to zencast.org and pull up an episode on anxiety. Just listening to the calm voice of the speaker will sometimes calm me down.

I hope it has already passed & I'm late with this post.

thank you- I listened to the zencast of restlessness and anxiety and it really was calming. He told us to feel the restlessness. don't try to overthink/ obsess over it. Loved that and have been doing it. The brain fog is leaving. thanks again

Yayy, glad I could help. I listen to the podcasts at night when I cannot sleep, it helps me a lot.

I listen to all the podcasts as I think they all help with anxiety.

Hope you can find a sustained balance for the rest of your day.
