Is there anyway you can hop into the tub and have the phone nearby? If you have epsom salt add that to your bath. Or if you have sea salt you use for seasoning can help too.
I find 3 things help calm the jitters down.
1. Food - small amount of fast carbs, small amount of slow carb & protein.
2. Hot bath.
If you happen to do yoga, maybe turning some on will help.
Or finally, if you don't want to leave your computer try going to zencast.org and pull up an episode on anxiety. Just listening to the calm voice of the speaker will sometimes calm me down.
