OTHER:

If my blood sugar is unstable, coffee will be one of the factors of factors that triggers anxiety ... but that is a metabolism anxiety attack - not a stress anxiety attack.

---

On the flip side, sometimes coffee calms me WA'AY down. For that very reason I've wondered if maybe I have a little ADHD. If I feel pressure from all directions then gulping really hot coffee (normally I like to sip tepid coffee) then I calm right down.

This solution is not always present, but on occasion my body will scream for it & it's amazing how quickly it works.

I can get by w/one cup of coffee or tea & it doesn't seem to affect me much. When I'm anxious to begin with, one cup is too much. I was getting a bit too confident in how I managed my anxiety & was drinking more coffee & tea than I should have. Back to decaf, folks;) jan
