My rheumy wants me to stay on the increased MTX, till the Enbrel kicks in again. He told me I could go back on it and then I told him that I did, an hour after the pulmonary apt. :o) He said that was ok, better be, too late now!!!! Heehee!! I have to go in every month, so the visits are usually all the same. He did explain the white cell count and why there is more than one low. He put it in terms I could understand. I guess that is why I like him so well!

Now, you pocket hoppers did not behave very well. You were all rowdy, especially our ring leader!!!! ;o) ;o) It is a good thing my rheumy is deaf!!! HAHAHAHAHA Kidding!!

Thanks for the support!
Hugs,
Vicki

Molly!!!!! Don't point that finger back at me!!!!!!! I am the good one remember?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I do have once a month blood tests and monthly rheumy visits, because at one time my white count was in the 2's. Stopping Enbrel for 8 months had my count into the 4's. Once I went back on it, I have been going once a month and my rheumy is keeping an eye on everything. So that is the scoop!

Hugs,
Vicki

I beg your pardon--I was VERY well behaved yesterday--the model of decorum. Since I beamed myself in from a courtroom, I had to be quiet and polite (more than I can say about some of the others). Can't believe they sent me to Puerto Rico in February--usually it's Minnesota in the winter and the tropics in hurricane season. Never fear--laptops, networks--I'm well connected.

I'm like you Vicki--blood letting every single month without fail. No blood, no prescription refills. Of course, it's probably because the doctor just couldn't bear to not see me every month (more likely he would miss my insurance company's contribution to his office fund).

Rosemary, you crack me up!!!

Yes, the insurance company's contribution is very important to most doctors!!! Sad, but true!!
