He is just lovely, with eyes as black as soot. My only suggestion I could think of was ANGUS. (looks like a little cuddly white bull with black eyes just staring at you.)

I am reading up on crate training - how many crates did you use? Some folks use two. Leading the pack for names are Charley, Harry, William, Yukon, Bryn, Spike, Max and Buster. This is worse than naming my first-born!

we had one crate one of the wire ones . i was told the moreopen the crate the better the dg willl like it.we kept it in our living room cause thats where we were most the time. i called it his room. i would tell charlie to go to his room give him a treat when he got in. he loved it and would even go in just when he was tired.we were able to get rid of the crate when charlie was bout 9 months old, from that time till now when wego some where without him we tell him to get in his chair which is the lazyboy . he gets rite up and waits for his treat.charlie was my first crate trained dog. i highly recommend them.
oh sue this is so exciting!!!!

Ah, another spoiled baby on the way. I have always favored Roman and Green gods as puppy names. Let's see, a little puppy might be Janus ("J" pronounced like a "y") who guarded the doorway of a home against evil or Lares, protector of the family. I know what you're going through--I just got through naming three cats. And, you might find that your chosen name doesn't fit at all once you get to know him--I had that happen once. We had to change the name as I couldn't see the poor dog going through life with a misfit name.

How about Tank, Scout, or Grant. Of course I am partial to Charlie too because he was my first furbaby.

Hi everyone and hugs to all of you
