Hi Molly,
Sorry I am getting back to you so late. I only had time to reply to a couple before my house became busy. It stayed that way all weekend. I am so hapy to be back. The only difference is that now that we are settled here our phone hasn't stopped ringing since it was turned on. Rick's cousin and his girlfriend are coming down for the weekend this weekend. The weekend after that we are going to Savahanna(sp?) for the day. Rick's parents are due here within the next couple of weeks. They are staying at least 3 days. My mom and dad are coming down in a few weeks on their way to Florida, to look around and see if they want to move there. Phew! Just typing that makes me tired. LOL I understand that this is the closest we have lived to anyone in 6 years, but part of me liked the distance away from family. Is that bad?
As a small getaway we are going to try to squeeze in a trip to the Everglades. JUST US! You can reach a part of it from here in about an hour to 2 hours.
We took the girls to the base lake right after we got here. The lake has alligators in it, and we saw one.

Hi Michele!!
How have you been doing? I am really happy to be back. I have missed everyone here. Including you. :) Anything new going on in your world?
Take good care.

Hiya Lell,
I am happier than I can put into words. :) I have only been in GA for almost a month and I am loving it. With the exception of being bombarded with family and friends. Sounds bad I know, but when we were in Germany we didn't have to worry about people coming over all the time.
How are you doing? What's the weather like?
Take care. I missed you.

Hi Barb!!
Another perfectionist on the board!! WooHoo!!!! LOL
I am really bad about it. I wouldn't let my upstairs neighbor come into my house unless it was at least picked up. Of course my idea of picked up is another persons
Hi Donna!!
How are you doing? I am happy to be back. I have high hopes that this rheumy will be able to help me get back to where I need to be on my RA. I hope I am not making a mistake by hoping so. He is a distance away, and today I have Rick going over his schedule at work so I know when to make the first visit. I missed you. I have wondered how you have been doing.
Take care.
Love and hugs,
Cyn
Cyn, I've been reading all the posts...what a great welcome home!

Hi Molly,
We have our first fur baby back as well. We couldn't bring Sadie with us because she was illegal in Germany. She is american bulldog/pitbull/german shepard. She is 7 years old and the best dog I have ever had. (Sorry Kash) We rescued her from the pound where she was taken after the police broke up a pit fighting ring. At first I was really hesitate about bringing her into the house with the girls. (Laura just turned one.) You know, the stigma attached to pit bulls, plus the fact she was used in pit fights. The hardest thing I ever had to do was leave her with our best friends for 3 years. We paid them a set amount a month for her food, and vet visits and what not. They almost didn't want to let her go. She is very patient with the girls she is a loving dog who thinks she is a lap dog. She is about 70 lbs,and by far not a lap dog. You sit on the couch she jumps up there with you.
Hi Cyn - Physically I'm doing very well.
Molly
