My brother-in-law has Rheumatoid Arthritis and I would like to get him somethings for Christmas that would help make life a little easier for him. His hands are getting weaker and he uses a cane nearly all the time now.
Could someone here give some some suggestions? I would really appreciate it! Thanks!

Angela,
One of my favorite things to help with my RA is a rice bag. You can get them in all sorts of soft fabrics. You just pop them in the microwave and the moist heat really gets in deep for sore joints. A lot of drug stores carry them now. Hope this helps!

Angela,
My suggestion would be an electric can opener, So he can still open a can to have something to eat without having to rely on some one around to help. Turning manual can openers is hard work for Arthritic hands.
I was reading one post the other night which had a link for items to assist us in our daily living, you may get some ideas from them
