If you could do anything else in life except what you are doing now, and money or income was no object, what would you do?

I'd work at a no-kill animal shelter (or have my own) or be a grief counselor.

Honestly and I know this sounds rediculous but all I really want rite now is to live in an all on one floor house with a bigger kitchen.Rite now my life is pretty good except for the really bad RA days.

I would like to be a Governor--not President, just a state's Governor. Presidents have to spend too much time on international or world issues. I want to concentrate on domestic and local issues--the things that touch people's lives directly. Let someone else worry about "world peace;" I want to fix the way the state's services to the elderly are administered. I want to regulate the insurance companies that do business in my state. I want to determine how much money is spent on education. I want to use my veto power to stop the silliness that comes out of some state legislatures. I want to attract new businesses to provide new jobs to my state's citizens. You get the idea. And since I would have no ambition for higher office, would not be particularly interested in being re-elected, and am an old lady who doesn't care what people think, I would be uninfluenced by anything except my own ideals. I'd sure have fun for four years and make lots of people uncomfortable. Who's up for being my Commissioner of Insurance?

To be a really creative author or painter. Something that I could do on my own time when the creative juices are flowing. As a youngster I alway wanted to write great novels when I grew up not realizing of course that it is hard work. And then I got hooked on some of the great impressionist and wanted to paint. Alas, despite many efforts, my desire exceeded my talents. So for now I will remain happily retired, creating great projects in my mind when I'm trying to sleep at 2AM...like now. Diane

I would volunteer for dog shelters full time and do what I could to educate the public.

Rosemary, I will vote for you whether it's Commissioner of Insurance or governor or senator.
