I'm certainly trying ... just not having alot of success! I think I may join a fitness club with one of the girls at work. They're running a special ... 3 months for $99 no contract required which I like.

OH, YES! I need to lose probably about 10 to 15 pounds, but I would still be happy with losing just a few. If anyone has suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I'm already exercising at least 5 times a week, and I am watching carbs, but if there is anything else you can recommend, I'd appreciate it.

Always! I'm always trying to lose weight, etc.

Luckily that nutrituionist I saw 2 months ago did work out for me. I can't say I've been a saint since I stopped seeing her but I haven't gained any weight back. Here's what worked for me.

High protein, low sodium, low sugar, low carbs.

No carbs after 3:00 ish. dinner is chicken or fish, salad and a vegetible, no potato since that is a starch/carb.

I could give you my complete menu but that would take a while. I have had some pizza recently but only on the weekend then it's back to my diet.
