We haven't done this for some time so I thought I would start one for today.

Since it's Friday - TGIF !! - what five things will you do for yourself over the weekend to feel good about yourself. I'll start:

1. Clean my bathroom. I just had a new sink, vanity, shower-head and two buckets/shelfs (in corner of shower/tub for shampoos, etc.) installed. There is some schmutz and stuff left on the floor from the plumber, sawdust, etc., I'm going to give it a good cleaning so that it all looks brand-spankin nice and new.

2. I'll try not to pig out on chips or some other junk food.

3. I'm getting my hair trimmed Saturday.

4. I have a follow-up fitness analysis at my new gym.

5. My best friend and I might take a driving trip to look at the fall foilage. It's nice to get out for a day and just do something fun.

What five things will I do for me this weekend?

1. Paint my fingernails.

2. Go out on Saturday with my family and friends for an annual chili party, just to have a good time.

3. Get a new entertainment center for my livingroom...a little redecorating...

4. (I did this last night, but if felt good) Re-arranged the extra bedroom, so that my ski machine could be set up in there - with cold weather coming, I will try to use it a few times a week...

5. Finish putting together my mom's photo album for her.

1. Taking a Nap!

2. Going out with friends and my cousin this weekend, so I'm getting dressed up!

3. Cleaning my room

4. Hopefully going to the pool and starting to get a workout established

5. Wearing some of my new clothes :)

I had a really rough day today, which I won't go into all the details, but definitely feel like I need to do some things for myself.

1. Try to make the best of work tomorrow, even though it's a real bore.

2. Enjoy time w/ my family, as they return tomorrow from a trip from Florida

3. Eat more healthfully.

4. Exercise, and try to get some more fresh air outdoors.

5. watch my blood sugar and keep it in good control as best as possible.
