Hey girl! Great idea! I like this.

I know I have the same problem at work with vendors and sales people bringing in all kinds of bad for you crap that I ache to eat.

BTW, my counselor said her doctor recommended a small, light carb before bed time. Sounds bad, I know. Carbs and eating after 8 are a big no no. It helps you sleep, helps curb your appitite in the morning too. I've been trying it and it works wonders for me!

I'll have a VERY tiny portion (like enough for 3 bites) of rice or something like that. No potato chips or anything. Just a thought.

I'll keep thinking of things to help me through the holidays and share them here!
