I no longer work. When I was working how long it took me depended on my shift. Since I am not a morning person, when I had an opening shift it took me about 30 minutes. When I had a mid or a closing shift it took me about 10 minutes. Since I don't wear makeup and since all I had to do was brush my hair and put it in a ponytail, it has never taken me a long time to get ready to go out.

I'm pokey in the morning so I like to have an hour from the time I get up to the time I leave. I shower and all that jazz, get breakfast, check emails, pack lunch, grab my bag, etc.

You know, I get so frustrated because I would love to take my shower first thing in the morning, because it seems to make me feel more fresh throughout the day as well as, it helps warm up my arthritis. Here is the problem....I love to take my shower right before bed each night, because it seems to help me sleep better and relieve my arthritis.....LOL.

Unless it is during summer time or I have been working hard getting dirty, two showers are just out of the question. My skin would itch all of the time....what to do, what to do...:o(

For me it's easy not to take a shower at night because my hair is so long it'd still be wet when I woke up in the morning, and then it does all sorts of funky things on me. Do you have any of those heating pads or blankets?

10 minutes. usually i don't have a choice because DH likes to mess around with the alarm clock, lol, so it goes off 15 minutes before i have to leave for work. i actually like just getting up and going because the more i laze around the lazier i start to feel. i don't know if that makes sense or not.

haha, yeah, we do have a 2nd alarm clock. the first one is supposed to go off at 6:00 and the second one at 6:30. DH thinks that he is setting the alarm time on the 1st one, when he's really setting the actual time. and the funniest thing about it is....he's an engineer.
