I've been having a rough time lately, I've had some incidents interacting with others where I've had conflicts, and now I'm finding it harder to interact. I find that I'd rather withdraw and keep to myself rather than interact and face making social blunders, and when I do interact and things happen that are negative, I'm finding myself reacting like a spooked horse. It seems what ability I had to "read" people has disappeared, and so

it's not pathetic. i have my anxious phases, too, where i'm afraid to say or do anything that would be too "outrageous" in case i might offend somebody. the rest of the time, though, i couldn't care less. the way i see it is, it's none of your business what someone else thinks of you. if you say what you're truly thinking and act in a way that's in line with your ethics and morals,
