Because of the way I feel today.......I'd tell her it sucks to be you" which I knowI really wouldn't say unless we were real close. I's just try to make her feel better somehow.

What if your very best friend came up to you and said:

1. My boss fired me. I thought I was doing a good job. Right after I left, one of my co-workers said his wife filled my job.

I'm not saying that that wouldn't devastate me and make me extreeeeemly po'ed. But I honestly believe that what goes around comes around, and twice as hard. I'd just keep reminding myself that.

2. I saw my boyfriend grab another woman's buttocks. When he noticed I was watching, he said.."What? I'm a guy!"

I would say "Goodbye! Don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya!"

3. My parents want me to move back in with them since I got laid off. They say I'll never be able to find a job like the last one.
I'd tell them that even if I couldn't find a job as good as the last one, I can always live cheaper, and find a room mate. And that working at MacDonald's would be better for my self-esteem than moving back in with my folks after some bad luck.

4. One of my co-workers is telling people that I have been stealing. I haven't.

I would confront them in front of EVERYONE, and ask them exactly what I stole, and what proof did they have.

What would you say?
