Anything I don't have to cook! It's funny to me that I struggle with COE (compulsive overeating) and yet I do not like to cook. I mean I REALLY do not like to cook. When I eat out, though, I love to order fancy salads. I love oriental chicken salad--with mandarin oranges. I love caesar salad, too, especially with good croutons (not too hard, and properly toasted).

Tonight I am making what my kids asked for for Easter dinner--my ground turkey meatloaf with apricot glaze, mashed potatoes, and canned corn. (My kids are so weird! LOL)
