just curious..do you keep a journal ?

Any way you want to! I keep Mead Composition notebooks and do all sorts of writing in them. I like them because I can't rip the paper out. I want to keep my journals, though. I want to have a redord of my healing journey. It's something I'm really proud of. Not to say that you're not proud of your journey--because I think burning the journal could also be very healing. It just depends what you want out of it. But anyway, that's the reason I want to keep mine.

I read your other post, too, but I don't have any advice for you. I just don't know what the right thing to do is in that situation. Is this woman really in any position to help protect anyone? Would she believe you, and would it really hurt you badly if she didn't? Those are important considerations, I think.
