I cried when I saw this today. Thankyou so much Sue. And thankyou Heidi and Jax. You have no idea how much I needed this. Maybe soon I'll be brave enough to write some stuff...I don't know. In the meantime...well thankyou for taking care of me.

keep safe my friend. I am thinking of you. For YEARS I stayed up all night and slept during the day, It was the only way I could cope. Somehow I wasn't as frightened of nightmares and flash backs if I slept in daylight.... the night terrified me for many many years, which is a bit strange because the majority of my abuse actually happened during the day or early evening and only on a I was rarely woken from sleep to be abused. Only a handful of times in fact. Know that I am thinking of you!
