Soooo....I am trying so hard...I met all my targets for the day...I sorted my plane ticket for my trip. I took all my meds.
I am so glad you are all here and I don't have to do this alone...it's tough.

Today was not as good....but still a marked improvement on recent times. I guess its all about surviving and functioning at a very basic level right now. I wish to thrive, not just survive...to thrive and fly. Right now I am happy that I am getting through my days feeling a little less scared.
