How do you nurture yourself/make yourself feel special?
I listen to guided imageries when I am feeling vulnerable.
I do a Reiki self-treatment.
I take a walk.
I go for a massage.
I hug my nephew and other good huggers. Give a hug, get a hug in return!
Play with kids.
I draw or I colour. It's incredible how grounding this can be,
I put on music, and let myself be embraced by it. There's music that makes me happy, there's music that calms, there's music that soothes, there's music that talks to my soul and tells it that all will be fine in the end.
I learn something new. It can be a new recipe or an article about science or a lecture.
I go to a museum, a performance or a concert.
