I'm Barbara in Michigan. I'm your new cl- and also a regular poster under my dustbunny48 ID. I'd appreciate if you would tell me a little bit about yourselves (name, location, and whatever else you would like us to know) so I/we can get closer.
I'm 56, single, and live with two greyhounds. I'm evolving spiritually and am soul-deep happy with my path. The surface still has a few bumps in the road though...

Hi!
I'm Robbyn. I am 30, I am married 9 years with 2 kids (boy,8 girl,6),2 dogs, 4 cats, and 5 fish! I am VERY virgo. Neat freak, analytical, meticulous...all the neurotic stuff! I live on the gulf coast of Florida, north of Tampa. I am also developing a spiritual path that I am very happy with and, thanks to everyone here, successfully finding my way! Besides that, I am a homemaker, I enjoy music...especially anything with a loud guitar, I read alot, and love anything new age. Right now, I have been reading about Mythology...particularly Greek after seeing Troy and fantasizing about Brad Pitt as Achilles....Did I say that out loud?LOL. Although I prefer his look in Interview With A Vampire better!
Blessings!

Hi All!
I'm Kristin (ltsdove) from snowy Michigan. Tired of winter...grrrrrrr...I'm a summer person! I can't put a name on what "faith" I am. I am a nice mix of many:) I am such a work in progress. I study and read everything I can get my hands on regarding spirituality and various religions. Fascinates me...seeing the similarities, more than the differences. Amazes me how you go round and round and at the heart of it all the messages are the same (or at least my take on them). I remember the first time I studied Tibetan Buddhism...I cried because I felt like I had found home. It spoke to a part of me like nothing else (follow it as a philosophy). I have recently been studying Paganism (so many paths) and I am feeling the same way with it...I am loving it. I am realizing that so much of what I have been practicing falls in there...I just didn't have a name or folder for it...lol. One thing I realize, as I am getting older, is that all the things that I have learned along the way are making study and practice

Grew up Roman Catholic, spent years as a "recovering Catholic" lol, and just signed the membership book at our local Unitarian Universalist congregation.
Dh and I were going to take the "building your own theology" class at our congregation this spring, but have been traveling too much .... guess it'll wait till fall. In the mean time, it's interesting to talk about what we *think* we believe... and it's enlightening to realize that our beliefs may change a bit as we evolve.
GypsyWolfWoman here. :) My profile is pretty descriptive, but I'll cover a bit, anyway. I'm 58, married for 28 years so far, have one DD, 23, and two pets: SchwartzenPig (guinea piggie) and Mika-doggie. There are pix on my web site of them (link in my profile). My spiritual path is Solitary Wiccan with Zen thrown in. ;)) I live in the SF Bay Area, CA. I'm glad to be here! :P

Hi I'm Carol. Just hit the big 40 in December of last year so now I'm waiting for my life to begin (lol). Actually I'm pretty happy with where my life is right now. I'm married and have two teenage children - a DD who is 18 and a DS of 16, both of whom I am very proud of. I'm from Liverpool in England and don't ascribe to any particular religion though was brought up Christian/Bretheran and do still believe in many of the ethics I grew up with. I believe that God is everywhere and that it isn't necessary to attend church to feel his presence, and often find I feel most connected when out and about in nature. My most recent achievement that I am pleased about is to have completed my Reiki Level II yesterday, which I am hoping is going to open me up a bit further in my psychic abilities. I am very interested in finding out more about Pagan and Wiccan paths but have currently had to put my curiosity on hold until I have a bit more time.
Blessings
Carol
