Tell me something good!

It's Monday, my sisters.  Tell me something good about today.  A positive outlook can be found on the cloudiest of days.   Even when I'm at my most stressed, I try to remember to thank the Lord for His blessings.

(Isn't it strange how we 'tend to forget this unless our lives are in balance?)

Well, I had insomnia last night, and I got to work on graphics for my new website.  Kovu kept me company!  Ha!

The sun is shining, the sky is blue, and the birds are singing. I have dear friends who love me and are 'there' for me, even though they aren't here with me. My marriage is strong, my kids are healthy, and I have a roof over my head and food in the pantry. Life is good. :-)

I love "gratitude practice!" :)) Today I am grateful for the sunshine and cool breeze. Most of all, I'm grateful to find out there's a Bible Study at church that I can attend! I was just thinking to myself I wanted to really study the Bible (never have), so stopped by the church office, and found they have THREE, each at different times! I am excited about that! :) Anna

I am VERY grateful today! I found out that my son, who has a reading disability and speech impairment, passed the FCATS ( a test that in 3rd, 7th and 10th grade, can determine if your child gets held back if they fail )!!!!
He worked so hard and I couldn't be more proud of him! He thought he was going to fail, so when he found out that he was going to 4th grade, I could just see the pride and self-esteem flowing from him!
Nothing feels better than to watch a child complete and/or succed in something they worked so hard for!
