Sisters,
I encourage you to consider how you can improve your health this week. Do you need to enjoy the outdoors? Meet a friend? Study encouraging words? Visit the doctor? Kiss your pet? Small changes within (and without) will strenghten you and allow your good vibes to touch others.
What will you do to make your light shine?

I am going to invest in the most important muscle in my body. My heart. More excercise, less stress, and not giving into the negativity that touches me. It's hard, but I got a journey to travel! Ha!

Attitude is everything. I'm trying very hard to adjust my attitude toward all the things I 'should' do, to begin thinking of them as things I truly WANT to do. Exercising because it makes my body feel good and clears my head. Cleaning and caring for my home (home, not house; subtle difference) because I like to be surrounded by order. (This is a tough one for me since I love the results but hate actually doing it.) Little things like looking at the mountain of laundry waiting to be folded as a Blessing, an abundance of clothing instead of one or two outfits that would bore me and wear out quickly. It's a lesson I've been struggling with for several years.
