Hurricane Katrina news is very frightening, My love and prayers to everyone, and hope all are safe. This is a good reminder that our problems just dont seem to be as important anymore. I pray that the news reports are wrong. Hugs to all............Irish

New Orleans lots sin therein . Trust that the proper people are guided and protected and some others may come more into reality of being. So that may be the whole nature of the tradagies to occur. We have to be very careful here to assign the roles of the people. By Oct 13 also military leaders of Israel expect war. can provide more detail.//////////Others in the know speak of the plates shifting in Pacific effect on West Cost of US sooon, and at some other time the east Coast may be hit with 60ft waves going in 50 miles. And last year and still active Near and at Old faithful area may errupt and leave 700 miles of ash about.(the ground there has been extremely hot and restricted ares for miles ) (posted here information from short wave and other sources) 9(not speaking what I may think) imperfect ira interesting

I must admit that I'm irked when a person states how much a place may've "sinned" because of the bad weather.

Ira, all these fears about the east coast were being talked about in the 90's, to me it is a dead issue. Of course we will have changes due to global warming. God is a loving energy who gives free will, only religion gives the word "sin" any meaning. Karma is a different subject re how our lives may play out. Maybe we can change karma also by what we do on the planet. I can't live in fear. Read ACIM, only love or fear, right? I think we should all visualize pushing the hurricane out to sea with our thought energy. Love, leila

Ira, that's a very judgemental and negative thing to say about people you've never met and know nothing about.

I'll add my good wishes to everyone too Irish. I've probably not seen so much of it being in a different country but I pray and hope all are safe.

It is not our place to cast judgment...real or imagined. It is not up to us to determine who should be judged or punished. It is not us who rewards or comdemns other's behaviors.

It is up to us to be accepting and loving of all, regardless of our difference or how others may live thier lives. If we truly believe in what we are feeling and saying by taking a higher road, we will be rewarded with blessings in this life and perhaps after (depending on what you believe).

Ira, though you may not have intended on offending anyone, I found your post offensive. I do not live in LA and I have never been there, though I've researched New Orleans and it's surrounding areas - it happens to be an area rich with culture; historically and musically. Please don't allow the actions of a few to tarnish the whole.

When a tragedy occurs it is within our most basic human nature to reach out and help, to pray for those stricken.

I've read and seen several of your "prophecies" on the Discovery and National Geographic channels.

You are soo right. It does get scary to think
of all the things that can happen so why think about it.
Live where you want to live and enjoy our time here.
We could live in the mid-west and die from something
not earth related but germ related while the coast floods.
I love the ocean, I love the smell of salt water, i love the breeze
and the feel of it. I love a picnic on the beach, sneak in some
wine in a water bottle, walk, and read a good book, hold hands.
Whatever is gonna be has most likely been predetermined to some extent.
I rarely watch the news, it is sooooo awful for my mind to see how peope
hurt and kill each other etc My world gets smaller but there is more
love in it. Maybe a little more peace. Love, Leila
