The essence of me can ruin my Fri. date

I have a lunch date for friday with an X professional footbal player.
he is only 2 years younger, is really handsome. Most men my age
don't look too good.(:- ) he sems very stable, is funny, 6'3", loves his friends/family,
likes photography and a lot of things I do. The I see he does the eucharist at church,
and has 2 other jobs at church, is Catholic. I am Jewish without a belief in religion. If he
is into sin/guilt or Bush or not into pro choice, it is over before it has begun. But he is sooo
handsome. I'll keep you posted on the next dating disaster. why couldn't he just
go to a church without all these jobs he does there. Why does he want to
meet me who states I am metaphysical? Love, leila

Maybe he just wishes to learn, Leila. Many men are attracted to women who believe in the things they do, because deep down, they want to also. They too want to believe there is more than meets the eye and what their faith tells them to believe. It's our spirit, which already knows this truth but society/religion has caused us to forget. My husband is into Bush, I am not. I am pro choice, my husband is not. You don't have to have the same core beliefs to love another. No one would love anyone :) You sound like Elaine Benice on Seinfelf...don't make it a self fulfilling prophecy. Enjoy your date, enjoy other's beliefs not having to accept them as your own. It's what makes the world go round. Did you ever think you might have a fear of commitment? You've been through a lot, it wouldn't be normal not to have some fear.

God Bless Leila!

Looks have nothing to do with character.

I think of that too as I am set up pretty good now.
Someone could upset the apple cart. I am a little
like Elaine. ( :- ) Elaine

It will be interesting to see who he is and what
my lunch will be like. My ad did say. if the word
ouija board scares you, you may not be the one to answer.
I'll try to be objective. love, Leila

What a delight to run into you here, Leila! I have not seen you since OSJ disbanded. It is lovely to see that you are dating someone interesting. Wishing you well with this fellow.

How have you been?

Love,

Christine

OMG, what a great surprise. After OSJ, I kept
off the computer message boards, for the most part.
I like it here, it doesn't go as fast as OSJ so it feels
as if you can keep up better, keeps in line with my
interests. My life is more simple. Love my job, had to
leave it for 3 weeks to see how much I do like it.
I have 2 kittens a grandson turning a year in Nov.
I don't really date anyone special now, have not met
this man yet. Remember Sherri? we stay in touch.
How bout you? feel free to write me on my e-mail from my profile.
Love, leila

Love and hugs to you, Leila. Your grandson is a year old. Wow. I can only try to imagine the joy that must bring. My daughters are now ten and twelve and things are definitely interesting! Hhaha. I finished the first year of training in life coaching and am just starting my second (accreditation) year, this week. I have truly found my calling. I am so thankful for that. I will definitely send you an e-mail soon. Give my love to Sherri.

Hugs,

Christine
