A lot.
Me too.
H's and my future retirement and the future of my children worry me the most.
Loss of personal power and identity. I'm finding that this is becoming a growing issue for me.

All of the above, one day or another. I have experienced them all in my life. I find they can recur any time. Life? ;)

and investments will not allow me the life I live now in the future. No earth quake reasoning.
I have never learned a good balance of save and spend. I know the universe takes care of us,
etc etc etc. My friend says in the future money will be meaningless and we will barter.
I am giving too much power to money today. To be saved: if I meet the right man, I'd have
more love to give and get and more money between us and what does it all mean, it
can be eaten up with one disease. How much is the importance of being happy and
having what we like in the now????? Some people have nothing saved and live in the now,
what is spiritual and what is good common sense? what matters and what does not?
how many people plan for retirement and drop dead after the date? Yet,
I know many who planned for it and are having fun traveling and doing what they want to do.
I am scared because I cannot hear as well and worry about the future even tho they
can't fire me because of a handicap. I am loved at work. I think my ears are getting to me.
love, Leila
I have never worried about my own security before, but as I see the economy tremble, my income stays about the same and my expenses have skyrocketed through inflation and national crises.
is that a cop out or for real? I have a son who once said, he
always believes his parents are a responsibility to him as he
is the first child??????? Yikes. His dad is wealthy. he said, I have money put away,
don't worry. I don't want my kids to take care of me. Now, if my X hubby
died first and left the boys his money, they could use it for me. What a joke.
When these things happen in life, my X would have a fit thinking some of
his money would be going to take care of me. I do spend too much, I have to
slow down and save more. I also believe we have to enjoy the now, how to balance.
I am sure I can use money for filling in empty spaces. A new skirt a new jearsey.
It will all work out, everyone before us died and seemed to manage or else get HOME
somehow as planned.
Floods scare me, earth changes, I have to trust and go day by day. I still picture a man
as a partner for Bink and one for me. (:- ) Love, Leila
Don't worry. He will enrich my life. Leila
