"A Lesson in Change
It took a major health scare for me to learn that I needed to start paying attention to my life.
By Alan Alda
I was in an ambulance, bumping down a mountain road for an hour and a half. Someone on a gurney was moaning at the top of his voice. It was me.
I was gripped by something that comes upon us from time to time, whether we like it or not: change. It wasn't something I felt I really needed."

I found this article about Alan Alda and his experience, and writing about change in his life. I think it's worth sharing here. :D Although I like variety in my life, I fight change, too. I like things safe, and expected, that I can count on. I like to be in control of my life. LOL! :P I think change is life telling us we are not in control. It's a life-altering lesson, I think, that Alan Alda speaks about here.
How do you perceive change in your life? Do you welcome it? Do you dread it? Is there more inner peace if we learn to "dance" with life?
