Where were you on 11 Sep 2001 when you first heard about the attack on the World Trade Center? What did you do?
I was returning from a dentist appointment and heard it in my car. At first it sounded like a radio drama, couldn't possibly be true! Then I got back to work and we watched the second plane hit and the towers fall before all going home in shock.

Not really into Siggees...

Out here in California it was only 7am...
In Geneva it was around 3pm when the plane hit the first tower, I was in School that day (I attended professional school once a week) and about to start a test, the teacher was telling us that as soon we were done with it we could leave so I was looking forward going home early, and my classmate seated next to me said "Great because it's my B-day today and I'm having aparty and want to go home early to prepare for it" At this point my ears started ringing badly and I started feeling abit numb and she noticed it and asked what was going on I said it was nothing, maybe just the heat (it was a warm september day) and added that my ears were ringing and that it must mean something big is happening...I meant it as a fun thing...little I knew i was right about the big thing.
I finished early so since the weather was nice I decided to go down town and go to a deprtment store to look at DVD's and CD's and that's were I saw a big crowed gathered in the TV section of the shop so I went looking and that's when I saw a plane hitting the tower my first reaction was "ok so which movie is that" but then realised it was CNN so I thought it was an accident and then realised it was not as another plane hit the second tower! For the longest time I looked at the TV without really seeing it, I was thinking...what kind of sick human being do that kind of sick thing...I was not thinking in term of nation I was not thinkin in term of "USA is under attack" I was thinking "The human race is in big trouble". I then went home completely shattered and worried about the "reply" US would give to this, as I knew it would be a violent one and violence engenders more violence and never solve problems, then my heart went to the victims and their familly i lit a candle for them that night
