I watched this DVD last night and have mixed thoughts about it. Some of the theories make total and perfect sense. Others, I'm not entirely onboard with yet.
One of the first things I noticed is that all of the people they profiled and interviewed were professionals: doctors, scientists, authors and clergy. All of these people were enterpreneurs in their own right. All of these people were on the money track from the beginning. How does a person like me, in a job I love, creeping up on retirement and not looking for a career change, going to attract monetary wealth over and above what the company pays me? I'm not about to write a book or discover a new talent that will make me famous... I love the guy I'm with and am not looking for a rich man to take care of me. There's nothing I'm going to inherit! I guess I am happy being comfortable with my finances, paying my bills and perhaps I am already where I want to be.
On the other hand, "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer" is absolutely true! Some people attract all sorts of difficulties into their lives, time after time, bad relationship after bad relationship, bill after bill! This goes right along with "Create your own reality!" a phrase that I use all the time and believe in strongly.
Bottom line: I think there's something to it!

Sounds to me that you are happy at where you are. If you have a further vision, you would then see it, feel it and feel the joy from it coming but not wonder how.
I have visions of the next man friend, a bigger place to live, mine is relly very nice but I want to have more windows, more views, a garage, bigger kitchen and fireplace. I visualize my son letting go of his anger towards me so i can feel comfortable around him without wondering what passive aggressive thing he will do. hopeing in this life time I can feel love from him. I visualize my next car and being in abundance whether from xango or the next man, i just see abundance. Meanwhile i am grateful for what I have. Out thoughts have power esp when they are felt in our hearts.
There are really 7 steps re: the keys to the kingdom, another way to manifest. A workshop from Unity
1 committment
2 the vision
3 cleaning out the old to make room
4 letting go of the past
5 gratitude
6 tithing or giving to help
7 I forget maybe just feeling the joy as if it were. Love, Leila
