Integral Transformative Practice

Found this web site, which has some interesting concepts that sound very familiar to me on my Wiccan path, of seeking balance of body, mind and spirit:

http://www.itp-life.com/practice/index.html

A little from the web site info page:

"Integral Transformative Practiceâ„¢ is a long-term program for realizing the potential of body, mind, heart, and soul.

It is integral in that the various aspects of the self are seen as separate windows to an underlying wholeness. It is transformative in that it aims at significant positive change, the manifestation of unrealized potentialites. And it is a practice in that it involves long-term, positive activities which, above and beyond any specific external rewards, are of value in and of themselves."

Just thought I'd share. I found this through a chain of web surfing from this interview about a sentient universe on Beliefnet: http://www.beliefnet.com/story/193/story_19389_1.html and then googling and finding these links:

Anyway, lots of philosophy, but thought I'd share another spiritual persective and author I hadn't run across before. :))
