Just wanted to share. :)

All my animals seem to respond to the peaceful energy I generate when I do my t'ai chi practice. :D Tonite my Mika dog was snoozing in the back of the house where DH was on the computer. I took advantage of the quiet in the living room, and started my t'ai chi practice. :P Sure enough, Mika woke and came wandering out to sit and observe me, then stretched out as close as she could without getting stepped on by me. And just laid there, soaking the energy up.

My dog before her used to do the same thing. Come from wherever he was napping out of sight in the house. And just lie there as close as he could get, and close his eyes. Even my guinea piggies would be at the front of their cages, and watching me. ;)

I think animals are much more tuned in to energy than we are. That's a major way they interact with others. We have to learn to feel energy, to recognize our intuition and act on it, or send our energy out with intent, to others and to the Universe, consciously. Animals just know. We have to re-learn we are energy beings. :)

Magical.

Ohhh I sooo agree! (We have three cats and a dog and they definetly play off of the energy ~ and frequently create their own ~ around here).

I was telling Dd about this sort of thing just this afternoon. Dd wanted to know why her kitty doesn't like for her to hold her, but she'll let me. I told Dd it's because she comes buzzing in here (usually PO'ed at her Bf) & just picks up the cat expecting her to want to be held. Whereas I allow the cat to come to me (she loves to curl up beside me when I'm reading . . . I'm usually *very* relaxed w/ I read). And I told her that it's the mood/energy a person projects, even more than the person themself, that effects whether or not Isis wants to be held at the time . . . . Dd came in later this afternoon (calmly sat at the table) and allowed Isis to come to her - Isis curled up in her lap and promptly went to sleep!!

Absolutely, I think animals are way ahead of humans in the energy sensitivity realm.

"I have had dogs whose instincts about people I trust above my own!"

Me, too! If my first dog hadn't approved of my DH-to-be many years ago, he'd have never gotten a 2nd date with me, and we would never have married. Now we've been married 30+ years. :D

I have always trusted all my dogs' instincts with people. They know. If they don't like someone, there's a good reason.

An important life lesson for your daughter! :) What energy we send out to the Universe, affects directly our relationships with others, and what energies are sent back to us.
