If cosmic reality is a spiral as quantum thought suggests, souls would be able to incarnate in any era they chose.
What do you think? Are we linear beings following a time line or can we jump across the ages. Is it possible to reincarnate into the past?

In my view and belief in reincarnation and Karma, I believe it's not "time travel" but a moving forward progression, based on lessons learned and Karma worked on, in past lives. It's evolutionary, a forward in time focus.
While I do believe our time construct is a human invention to make sense of our existence, to organize it, put it in some kind of perspective, I think the Universe has it's own "time schedule" or "time concept" that we do not know or understand. So, my view could be a construct of this realm's time concept that I am conditioned with since birth, but not acknowledging the flowing understanding as in the Tao Circle, etc. I remember reading a Zen master quote, that one cannot step in the same river twice. That from moment to moment, we are different. Nothing is static or stays the same, although our faulty perceptions may see what we think, is staying the same. It really isn't. The Universe is constantly flowing.

I agree.
If a situation keeps repeating, and we don't learn the lesson the Universe is sending us, the lesson will keep coming until we "get it" and change our response/action. Could span lifetimes, as well as come up again and again in the same lifetime. I believe we choose some major lessons to work on before we reincarnate. Tough lessons we need to work on.
