Are you a stressful eater or non eater?

I've found when I get stressed I reach for my "comfort foods" which is usually anything Mexican or my favorite potato chips and cream cheese. 


Do you reach in the refrigerator or cabinets when you get stressed or does food not even enter your mind?

Food does enter my mind...I try very hard to reach for something healthy, but that doesn't always work (lol)! So, I reach for a square of dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), some salty nuts and sometimes, if I have coffee ice cream, I make a small sundae with walnuts, chocolate syrup and whipped cream! I try very hard to stay away from chips no matter what!
