When you get upset or angry do you let it all our or keep quiet and let it fester?

I don't like to hurt people's feelings so I keep quiet most of the time but when I've had enough I will blow but I usually apologize afterwords and get over it.

Sometimes I let it out, say what I have to say, and that is usually the end of it. Other times I walk away, slam a few cabinet doors or go outside for a walk, or dig in the dirt...anything to distract my mind...most times what I'm angry about isn't worth getting into an argument over and it is easier to just let it go!

Unfortunately, even when you point out a situation to someone they may choose not to change, but at least you feel better when you have said something and that is all you can do. All you can do is walk away at that point.

I dislike people who do things intentionally to cause a stir and if you react by becoming upset or angry they keep doing it more just to get you riled every time they see you. It deflates their balloon if you don't react and just walk away!

Oh, I'm bad... I usually let it fester until I explode.

It depends who or what I am angry at. If it is family then I will let them know that I am upset and not let it fester. If it is friends then I will not say anything and it usually goes away.
