1- My favourite author,,,oh too tough for me to answer that. I try to read 3 books a month,,,and as many that are so-so,,,there are those that just blow me away with their literature and storylines that are just soaked with incredible characters and plots. So I can't chose one knowing I would be leaving out so many others.

2- My favourite Disney Movie(s),,,hmmmm,,,Fantasia and The Little Mermaid

3- I'm right-handed but eat with my left,,,,go figure

4- One of the most unusual foods I liked and ended up loving and still eat to this day is Lime Pickle. It is is a hot condiment used on East Indians foods,,,something else I just adore.

5- Always a morning person,,,,by evening I'm too tired to be any fun usually

Oh I LOVE Asian food ~ Indian, Thai, Chinese...

I found these two recipes on the web some time ago and will have a go myself in the next few days. (The fresh chillis were too expensive at a certain store when I last looked ~ don~t want to use powder).

I~d be interested to know how your recipe turns out.
Hope it cheers you...I like cooking too.

HUGS

Here are my answers to those questions....

1) I am not sure, and although I am sure this sounds corny I would have to say that I love the prophets who wrote the Bible. And since I am LDS I the prophets who wrote the Book of Mormon. They really know how too write, I understand that they were inspired from Heavenly Father, but still they are good.

2) Mulan, my husband and I had our first kiss during this movie!

3) Right handed

4) I don't think I eat anything abnormal, the closest was maybe kimchie. It is a oriental dish I think out of cabidge but could be wrong. It is VERY spicy, and yes I loved it.

5) I am a night person, I hate to wake up in the mornings.
