Lori I have a question if I may please. Do T's talk to each other about their patients/clients do you know? I am hoping if they do they have to keep the identities of them confidental, but I have been often wondering if that is a common practice among them. One of the T's I see I know for a fact does talk to another psch. doctor in regards to some issues because they are a 'team' so to speak. Then like before when I posted and signed a wavier for my other T to talk to this other T ( sorry this is getting confusing ) I was aware they would be talking.
I guess what I'm trying to say here,,,,and 'trying' is the word to use,,,is if and when T's talk to other colleagues do they discuss issues about their clients when they feel they need help with them? That said,,,the 'other' T's opinion can't override your own T's can they?
Gosh I'm sorry this was so poorly written,,,I hope some of it made sense to you.
Thank You-----Abby

Thank you Lori very much for responding to my 'complicated' question. You sure do seem to know a lot regarding the questions ask here. You just saying that I would be asked first (like the waiver thing before) has relaxed me some. Next week if I have the courage I may ask one of them and see what she says to me. Again thank you,,,,,and your example of a woman in her 30's with '6' kids made me smile and tired just thinking about it. -----Abby
