It is long. I guess it had quite the effect on me.

Thanks Lori,

I have totally expected a major wacky mood change after dropping half of the medication I was on, but it hasn't happened, yet. My friend did have to tell me to slow the heck down the other day and she thought I was going manic, but I don't think so, just the meds...with the reduction of the mood stabilizer the antidepressant is more likely to make me manic. Sad how much power meds have over our moods. Just when I thought I was stablizing and mistakenly thinking this was the "real" me... throw in a med change and look at the effect on mood!

I have anxiety not just before an appointment but I seem to walk out of there with as much if not more sometimes, even if it has been a good appointment. I know that I can refuse treatment or meds that I don't want, but I don't know if I'll be able to do it when it happens. I'm pretty sure that there will be med changes in my near future, and not necessarily dosage change but complete med change. We'll have to see what the bloodwork says i guess before she makes any decisions.

Thanks,

Amanda
