Which ones, Amanda? I didn't agree with drinking water makes you lose weight. It only fills me up temporarily. I still get hungry & eat. I sure don't reach for another glass of water. LOL (((hugs))) jan

yes it was drinking water and that you have to follow a strict eating plan. I do think that is true, but they probably used the words "only" "always" or something like that...multiple choice tests like to trick us sometimes!

The drinking water to feel full was a diet trick turned anorexic trick, not that I think it worked. If anything having water in my stomach stimulates it and makes it want food! Need something solid to soak up all those liquids.
