Hi Allie,
Allie
I know for me change is really hard and the suicidal feelings and thoughts are my comfort zone and I know that is not a real healthy thing and like Lori said you have to know that is does get better in time you have to make yourself think of good thoughts and there will be real good days and there will be real low days and in time the low days will be less and less. I dont know wat your triggers are but you have to try to stay away from them and anyone who is toxic to you if there is anyone like that in your life.
Mary
You miss the thoughts because it was like one option of how to deal with the things in your life. Now you have one less option. Feeling like you want those thoughts will decrease in time.
Don't ever say "I shouldn't be feeling this way" You are entitled to feel however you want. Just acknowledge the feeling, validate it ("It's okay for me to feel this way") and then try to put it in
