I did what a lot of you suggested and that was to told with my pdoc about my med issues and the reasons why I stopped taking them. The pdoc was nice and she listened to what I had to say. She very gently reminded me of my history of coming off meds which I usually wait to long to tell anyone and end up in the hospital. I am feeling very depressed lately but I have no to blame for but myself. I am working with my treatment team to get back to where I need to be. If it wasn't for the suggestions and the support I woulld of never made this move.
thanks for all the help

Kay,

I'm glad you told your pdoc about the med issues and are working with your treatment team to get back to where you belong.

Don't beat yourself up for being depressed (and I know that's hard to do when your depressed, I do the same thing). Your actions (in stopping meds) may have triggered the depression, but there is also the possibility that it didn't and you would have hit a depression anyway. It's not your fault that you get this way. You have a chemical imbalance in your brain. That's to blame.
