Just wanted to stop by and say HEY again... and to give an update.
I have been doing pretty good, the only drawback these days is my PMDD... and my still missing my old therapist. Yesterday was a hard day with both, I had an appt with my new therapist, it was my 3rd visit with her. I like her, but something just came over me while I was with her and I wanted to cry... which I did after I left.
Anyway... about the PMDD...
I belong to the blog site called Xanga. I joined a blog ring and the woman who started it up started an online magazine... she asked me to write my personal experience with PMDD, and she published it! I thought I'd share it here. (This is where there are trigs... it's in my story...)

I'm really proud of what I wrote, it was hard to do it, but cathartic at the same time. I hope to help women out there who are dealing with the same thing as I am, to let them know that they are not alone.
I saw my gynecologist last Friday about trying the Yaz BCP for my PMDD. She agreed that it's a good idea, so she gave me a 3 month trial and a prescription for it. I will start it on the Sunday of the start of my next period. I'm so hoping that this will help me, I'm really nervous about it, but at the same time sort of excited about it.
I met with a new psych last Wednesday and am now taking Welbutrin.
Some pics...

Hi Vida,
Hi Lori.
Vilija loves loves LOVES to sing, she has shown off before and continues doing so. I'm thinking that we have a little star on our hands! V is the singer and A is the hockey goalie. What more can I ask for! :)
I may have reached out to a fellow blogger friend who reads my blog... she read my PMDD story, and she sent me a message stating that she thinks that she may have some of the signs. She promised she would e-mail me and give me the low down.
The past few days I have been really missing B more than before. I don't know what's come over me. I wrote him a long letter last Friday, am sending it tomorrow. It's nothing bad, in fact, it's all good, just letting him know that I am picking myself up and getting back on my feet... taking charge of my life. I cried as I wrote the letter, of course. I really can't wait to be able to call him again and actually speak to him.
Vilija had a cleft team appointment on Monday, it was a LONG appt. She was seen by 5 people on the team. Dr. C (surgeon) was first. V's next cleft surgery will be sometime in April, a lip revision will be done. *sigh* Oh, and we found out that V has some hearing loss in one ear, I have to take her to the ENT specialist next week. She'll be getting another set of tubes, of course. :( So that will be done within the next few weeks, I guess.
Love to you...
Vida
