I've been in a low lately too. (It's probably been obvious). Winter is always the hardest month becuase the sun helps with absorbing Vitamin D, which probably fights depression. And just being stuck inside more is depressing.
I don't think your therapist would tell your DH anything unless your life was in danger or someone else's life was in danger. Don't worry about that.
Spring will come again and you'll have another summer in the sun. Our moods change like the seasons. Nothing is permanent, the dark or the light.
