Lori I just wanted you to know that the people of my home town have adopted Karen in a way and i have a huge package to send to her on friday. The local stores have added things and the local craft store has agreed to add one craft atleast a week to a box to be mailed out to her. Everyone in my family and my close friends have really taken to haer. some of them have made donations to help pay medical bills. my Daughter who will be 13 is having her hair donated at the Franklin Square cancer center Friday in Karens name. She aslo typed up a notice asking for other to donate their hair in Karen's name. She wants to make a school wide project of it. That little girl has brought together our comunity in so many ways. I haven't given out her phone number but people are always giving me get well cards and things to send to her.'
Thank you again for sharing the information you did so I could meet one of Gods Blessed Angels.

Hey Robin,
Robin,
Sorry for eavesdropping, but I just want to say that it really helped me to read such a touching story. Reminds me that there is good in the world.
Well lets see, we've got stuffed animals, a mug that says get well soon on it with a brown teddy bear in it. Michael's craft store sent her a vase with valentines stuff to make a little vase. we have coloring books, crayons, activity books, get well cards, a necklace, Paper dolls, and some little craft kits. one of them makes a buble bee and the other makes a spider. Lip gloss a bandana with a fabric marker so she can decorate it (that was from Michaels craft store). Little Critter books. i'm going to sent this package out on friday. I talk to her grandmother about every other week.
how am i doing well that will be in another post.
