Doing something for myself!

i used to go to the gym and do water arrobics and just swim laps. i was going everyday but then before christmas i got hurt and i got sick and haven't been able to go. the other night when my friend was staying at a near by hotel i went up to the pool with her and i did ok in the pool so tonight i'm going to go back to my water arrobics class and then back to my friends house to spend the night. i'm at her house 3 nights this week.

That is so cool, Robin! I bet water aerobics are easier on the body than regular aerobics--maybe I should try that! I've got some weight to lose and am not a regular exerciser (which I know I SHOULD be!) and so perhaps that is a good way to ease into it. Blue posted in the "Brighter Side" about how she joined a gym! Awesome! Hugs, Lori

I started going in the fall and lost 20 lbs. then when i fell and got sick i gained it all back. but i'm determined to keep up with it now.

In the water you get a good work out but you don't feel it on your joints. i love water arrobics.
