For a person you loved deeply, would you be willing to move to a distant country knowin there would be little chance of seeing your friends or family again?

No.

I love travel and adventure and would LOVE to live in another country for a few months or even a year.

But I couldn't move away from my family forever. They're too important to me, especially my parents and grandma.

Hey Amanda and welcome back! I gotta admit, you gave me goosebumps with that question--lol! Because I AM considering moving to another country (Canada) because of someone I love deeply....BUT....would I move to another country if there was little chance of seeing my family here again? No... I couldn't do it! My niece and nephew, my mom and siblings mean so much to me and I couldn't just walk away and not look back! (Thankfully, if I make this move I won't have to worry about it because I'd visit with family regularly!) Hugs, Lori

Yeah it would be difficult if you would never be able to see your family and friends again, but there are always visits right. I do hope you come to Canada some place near me?!

Certainly! The further the better and if I could live in complete seclusion with them that would be an added bonus. However, I don't think I know anyone like that.
